St Stephens is seeking someone to faithfully serve and disciple young people by building community in Tāhunanui.
St Stephens Tāhunanui is seeking someone to:
faithfully serve and disciple young people within Tāhunanui through:
building community
sharing the gospel
developing a team, mentoring and building leadership skills
plan and implement an exciting, open, welcoming and safe youth gathering where young people get to experience the love of Christ and hear the gospel, along with developing strong relationships with the members of the group and creating opportunities to disciple and share life together with them
The skill sets and attitudes displayed by you will include:
a living, active and growing faith in Jesus and conviction that the Bible is the Word of God
passion for youth ministry and a heart to serve, able to engage well with youth and intermediates
willingness to learn and be shaped and constructively challenged
being an active member of St Stephens
Ongoing training and support will be provided.
